Ellen Pao vs. Kleiner Perkins: My Thoughts

– There are good arguments on both sides… and while I’m in for Ellen Pao, I also can see how employees at Kleiner Perkins may have acted in ways around her that could have been taken as sexual discrimination.

– What is needed now is a focus (with more sexual discrimination lawsuits against other tech companies) on what can be taken as sexual discrimination in the workplace, what triggers someone, and what can be done (not only in the workplace, but also interactions between employees).

– Both sides, I believe, are equally valid, however this justice system (and many people) recognize that there can only be one winner as far as compensation and damages is concerned.
